CAN I CHANGE OR EXCHANGE MY CLASS?

We do not allow changes or exchanges. We are a very small operation and our system does not allow for us to track changes. Additionally, we have several guest instructors, who have a fixed fee for time and materials.

CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY TICKET?

We do not allow refunds for class tickets for a few reasons: we are a small flower farming operation, and because our system does not allow us to track these changes. You may gift your spot to a friend though!

IF I CANNOT MAKE THE CLASS, CAN I GIFT IT TO A FRIEND?

Yes! You can absolutely gift your seat to a friend.

THE CLASS IS SOLD OUT. CAN YOU ADD ONE MORE SEAT?

Unfortunately, we cannot add seats to classes. We keep our classes to an intimate size for participant enjoyment and for us to be able to give participants enough 1:1 instruction. Please do not purchase tickets with the intention of squeezing an additional person in. We will not be able to add additional seats and your ticket will not be refunded or exchanged.

CAN I BRING MY CHILD OR SIGNIFICANT OTHER TO THE CLASS?

Please keep kids and loved ones at home unless they are a ticket holder. The only exception is for nursing mothers.

HOW BIG ARE CLASS SIZES?

We keep class sizes limited to 14. This allows for an intimate and enjoyable experience and gives us the ability to give every participant 1:1 instruction. VIP tours are limited to 20 people.

DO YOU HOLD PRIVATE CLASSES?

We do hold private classes on a limited basis. Please contact us to discuss options and to arrange further.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR OR BRING TO THE CLASS?

Please dress comfortably and for the weather and keep in mind that you are coming to a working farm. If you’d like to bring gardening gloves, water bottle, or any other item that makes you feel more comfortable during class, please feel free to do so. Our event space is temperature-controlled, but can still run a bit cool during the winter and a little warmer during the summer.

CAN I USE A PEPPERHARROW GIFT CARD FOR CLASSES AND OTHER EVENTS?

Yes! Your gift card can be used towards any purchase on our website and does not expire.
